Muchos álbumes de goregrind poseen de una especie de estructura y producción aceptables, pero la banda Human Pancake decide mezclar elementos de goregrind, gorenoise e incluso pequeños rastros de grindcore y death metal.

El álbum "The Fetid Embrace of These Putrefactive Vapors" suena más a un demo crudo caótico e ininteligibe por momentos. La ausencia de bajo logra hacer que el caos esté más presente y el disco se vuelve indescifrable en sus secciones rápidas.

Las riffs de guitarra son buenas pero se vuelven inútiles por el sonido fuerte de la batería y la voz monstruosa, se pierde mucho el aspecto musical (es gorenoise después de todo), con una producción mejor esto sería disfrutable. Esto es solo una muestra underground de violencia y asquerosidad y se la recomiendo a quienes disfruten de goregrind crudo y gorenoise. He escuchado lanzamientos más entretenidos de este género.
